At The Cocoa Collection, each piece is intentionally curated for you. Because of the nature of our weekly finds, we encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

- Items must be returned with original packaging

Non-returnable items:

- Final sale items

- Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
